Beacon Planning and Consulting Services, LLC (BPCS) specializes in the provision of technical support services to define and minimize risks associated with the acquisition, development, or financing of real estate based assets. Founded in 1997, BPCS earned a solid reputation for timely and cost effective results. Their diverse backgrounds include engineering, finance, land development, construction, appraisal, architecture, and public service. Mr. Janiw has over 30 years experience in finance and development of real estate. As former Vice President of Real Estate for an international bank and Director of Acquisitions for a real estate development firm, Mr. Janiw was responsible for the acquisition and development of numerous properties, formulation and implementation of successful workout strategies, as well as, extensive property evaluation and analysis.

His strengths include due diligence research, construction monitoring, asset protection, evaluating and packaging distressed assets for bulk disposition, and project management. Mr. Janiw served as a member of the New Jersey Builder’s Association Land Use Committee and the ASTM Property Condition Survey Advisory Committee. He's a current member of the American Planning Association and American Society of Civil Engineers. He’s also Advisor to Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute, which offers New Jersey’s only post-graduate curriculum in real estate asset development and finance.

Mr. Preblick has over 26 years experience in the design and evaluation of structures and project management. He oversees Beacon’s property evaluation group and is a recognized leader in the field.

Mr. Preblick’s strengths include extensive “behind the board” experience, as well as, hands on knowledge of the real estate development process. In addition to being a Registered Architect, Mr. Preblick holds a Masters of Science Degree in Real Estate Investment and Asset
Management from New York University.

His unique background is an asset, which combines technical proficiency with a fiscal perspective. Mr. Preblick’s experience and education equates to a combination of skills that Beacon's clients and industry peers look up to.
